Finally some sunshine and beautiful weather. I think everyone was happy to see the season change. 🙂 So…last night, with camera in hand, Lucy on the leash, I enjoyed an evening walk with the three men in my life that I love the most. Here are a few sunset pictures.
This past weekend, I had the opportunity to spend time with a family that we first met 15 years ago when our daughters started kindergarten together. Now the two are finishing up their 2nd year of college…WOW! Here is Christina and her sweet dog, Bella 🙂 .

Who knew that 15 years ago when our two daughters would begin kindergarten together that something very special was about to begin. From Bob and Mike coaching the girls in soccer, you and I leading girl scouts, hosting sleep-overs, to watching our families grow into young adults (too fast!). You have an amazing family and I love that when time allows, we can always pick up where we left off. 🙂
Happy graduation to Michael from Granite Bay HS and Happy Happy 80th Birthday to your mom, Jackie. Here are a few pictures from yesterday…more to come soon. 🙂
There is nothing that I love more than spending time with my family. Yesterday was a girls day filled with catching up, long talks, laughing, the movies, a yummy lunch, more laughing, and shopping, of course :).
I won’t chat your ear off so here are some pictures taken at the near by park. Enjoy and I would love to hear your feedback as I continue to learn this thing called photography ;).
When I saw this weeks theme was YELLOW, I immediately thought of this photo I took of of my close friend’s sweet and beautiful daughter, Emily, standing behind this patch of bright yellow flowers. Summer is close! 🙂

New Camera, new lens and a very supported husband who let me take my 7D on our long walk so I could practice. What a sport!
Happy Wednesday! 🙂
I had grand plans to take a walk and photograph many spring flowers, however, Mother Nature had her own plans…RAIN-RAIN-RAIN. With this late arrival of spring, most of the flowers just haven’t peeked yet. I do, however, have this lonely pot under cover on the patio and it became my inspiration today. 🙂
Head over to I Heart Faces for a week of beautiful flowers. 🙂
